Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been received.

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days.
  • During high-volume periods or holidays: Processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Because our products are sourced directly through our fulfillment partners, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

  • Temporary inventory shortages at the manufacturer.
  • Delays in products arriving at our fulfillment facilities.
  • Increased order volume during peak shopping seasons.

If your order experiences an unexpected delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Times

Once processed, orders generally arrive within 8–10 business days.

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, Nexlume cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
